Held in the morning for those toddlers that still nap, we offer classes that introduce your child to new textures, creativity and art mediums. Our 1 hour class consists of four 15 minute activities including painting, drawing, moldable sand, playdoh, music and story time allowing your child access to new experiences without losing their interest. At this age, we are trying to experience new textures and new patterns of thought. Our first tasks focus on the different colours and simple shapes. Our second focus tackles the fundamenals such as line and texture and learning to combine shapes to create forms.  Next we tackle new subjects like the circus and the zoo exposing your little one to classic and modern artwork within these subjects.  Super small classes of only 4 allow your child to have one-on-one attention.

All materials are included and mothers are encouraged to stay have a coffee and snack in our Mommy Lounge. We offer free WIFI in the Mommy Lounge if you need to surf! There is also a spot for babies to play.

• Cost: $80 per month

These classes are meant to introduce your preschooler to the world of art and the masters. Our classes are 1 hour and will introduce a master painter or major historical piece of art and have the children do a project that allows them to experiment with the same ideas. Some examples include our Greek Pottery class where we will discuss greek pottery styles briefly at the preschool level and the students will get to paint their own pottery in that style. Our classes will jumpstart little ones on different kinds of lines and how to mix colours. We will be doing collages and painting on canvas, using oil pastels and watercolours just like the big kids, but structured for their age group.
