Classes must be purchased at time of sign up. Failure to give 24 hours notice of cancellation will result in a full payment of that class. If cancellation is given before the 24 hour deadline, that purchase can be transferred to another class. Class purchases will not be refunded.

Clark Cottage will not tolerate abusive or disrespectful behavior either toward the staff or toward other children in the class. If a child is misbehaving, we will issue a warning to the parent. If a parent is not present during Drop and Play time, Clark  Cottage staff will discipline with a warning and a time out. If the behavior does not improve, we will ask that your child be removed from the classroom and all purchased classes will be forfeit.

Clark Cottage is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles. Any articles brought by the child are the sole responsibility of the parent.

Due to many severe allergies, we will not allow any food to be brought in from outside. Allergy free snacks are available for purchase in the Mommy Lounge and are served with the classes.
